Property Management

Our Do It Yourself Property Management package will ensure that your property receives a high level of exposure that will have a tenant paying rent as quickly as possible.  We will assist you to locate a suitable tenant for your property. Once a tenant has been selected the tenant pays rent directly to you and there are no ongoing charges from the Real Estate agency for the duration of that tenancy.
